Past 6 months - Other Fun in Utah & Idaho

Our trip to Utah was great. We were able to spend time with both Sides of the family and have lots of fun adventures including . . . .

A trip to the Enders Ranch near Soda Springs Idaho with members of Melissa's Family. . . .

  Several Trips for Refreshment at the famous Hooper Springs outside of Soda Springs. . . (Gotta try this water folks, it's mineral selzer right out of the ground!!)


A visit to Cascade Springs with Grandpa Christensen (We didn't drink the water aside from the fountain, but the watercress looked tempting!)


 

A visit to the Bingham Copper Mine with Scott's Family - This is a standard size dumptruck tire for this site - Really!!

Attended the Open House for the Brigham City Temple - Beautiful!

Enjoyed a couple days at Bear Lake with Scott's Family and Extended Family....Thanks to everyone who organized this!

We all had an awesome time on the vacation!!

Past 6 months - Bethany's Blessing (Aug 2012)

Wow! Time flies, and I haven't gotten much into the habit of posting. But we have been having a great time and I wanted to share some of the sweet moments we've been able to capture in the last 6 months.

Bethany was blessed in August in Utah and almost all of my family and Scott's family were able to be there.

Mama's Great Aunt and Uncle couldn't make the blessing, but we celebrated with family the evening before.

New Family Photo

So my friend Gabby recommended a sweet little park (Mayfield Park) where we could shoot a family photo just a couple weeks after Bethany was born. It was a treat with abundant peacocks, beautiful walkways, fountains and flower gardens - The kids have been begging me to take them back to find peacock feathers. The older kids got to be the stars for this shoot - mostly because I was so busy chasing them that I couldn't sit still to photograph Bethany. :) She mostly just sat in her stroller while the rest of us ran circles around her.

Two weeks - photos with Mama

A huge hug and thanks to our good friend Gabby, who came to our home and caught some beautiful photos of Mama and Bethany. We are treasuring this time with our new little angel! 

4 Days Old and Gorgeous!

Happy Father's Day!!

We made it home from the Hospital on Saturday Night  

Just in time to celebrate Father's Day at home with Papa.  

Opa came in the evening to enjoy a little time with grandkids.
